• 5.0 out of 5 stars from Hugo Uriostegui -- Takes things a step further than most... : The book does a good job of reviewing all aspects of brain injury: medical, school, work, therapy, relationships, etc. I think the key difference compared to other books and resources is the section " Legal and Insurance Considerations." SO MUCH of the complexities for life after a brain injury are wrapped up in paperwork, systems navigation, and legalities. The fact that this book provides and devotes a whole chapter to acknowledging this then providing real world application/guidance is huge in my opinion as a family member of several TBI survivors.
